About Dr. Pulsipher
Dr. Pulsipher joined Lincoln Surgical Associates in September 2025 as a general surgeon. He treats patients at HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, HSHS St. Joseph's Hospitals in Breese and Highland, Memorial Hospital Belleville, and Memorial Hospital Shiloh.
As an emergency surgeon, Dr. Pulsipher provides acute care surgical services for the emergency rooms and inpatient floors at the hospitals. He also performs robotic procedures in his role as a general surgeon.
Dr. Pulsipher earned his medical degree in osteopathic medicine at Kansas City University in Kansas City, Missouri. He completed a general surgery residency at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital in Columbus.
Dr. Pulsipher is a father of four who enjoys golf and the NFL in his spare time.
