Helpful Billing Information

We understand healthcare can be confusing, especially when it comes to billing. Here are the types of bills you will receive after receiving Lincoln Surgical Associates’ services.

Lincoln Surgical Associates

Belleville, Shiloh, or O’Fallon

  • Surgeries in Belleville, Shiloh, or O’Fallon
    You will receive a bill from BJC or HSHS in addition to the bill from Lincoln Surgical Associates. If you receive a hospital bill from MyChart, you will also receive a separate bill from Lincoln Surgical Associates that cannot be paid via MyChart.
  • Office Visits in Shiloh
    For office visits, you will receive a surgeon bill from Lincoln Surgical Associates.

Breese or Highland

  • Surgeries or Office Visits
    Your bill for both the surgeon and the procedure will come from HSHS. You will not receive a bill directly from Lincoln Surgical Associates.

LSA Family Medicine Division

Mascoutah or Freeburg

Starting January 1, 2025, your LSA Family Medicine Division (formerly Rural Family Medicine Associates) bill should be made payable to “Lincoln Surgical Associates.” Currently, we are not accepting online payments.
