Kevin T. Barnett, MD, FACS

Dr. Barnett is originally from Belleville and joined Lincoln Surgical Associates after he completed his surgical training at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois. He currently serves as general surgery section chief at Memorial Hospital Belleville and on the board of directors at Memorial Hospital East.

T. Vinh Luong, MD, FACS

General Surgeon

Dr. Luong joined Lincoln Surgical Associates in 2008 after finishing his surgical training in Florida at Orlando Regional Medical Center. He volunteers as clinical faculty with Saint Louis University School of Medicine to help educate physicians in training.

Deirdre Hart, MD, FACS, FASCRS

Colon and Rectal Surgeon

Dr. Hart grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, and went to University of Missouri Kansas City for medical school and her residency. She joined Lincoln Surgical Associates after completing a fellowship in advanced minimally invasive colon and rectal surgery at the Colon and Rectal Clinic of Orlando in Florida.
