Invacare's Élan Series Beds are designed from the same reliable frame of the industry leading Invacare Home Care Beds to offer the strength and durability required for the Home Medical Equipment industry. However, these products offer options to customize the product to your liking. Choose from the traditional darker frame and color and crank style height adjustment, or a lighter contemporary frame color and light oaksolid wood head and foot boards to complement your home interiors.
Selected models of the Invacare® Élan Series Beds feature a unique coupling of the head and knee elevation function to ensure proper patient positioning. Used effectively in hospital and skilled nursing facilities, this feature reduces patient sliding toward the foot of the bed when only the head is raised.
These models a new easy-to-use pendant to assist patients with limited dexterity. Conventional independent head and knee operation is also available for patients who prefer separate positioning.
